A full 3 Course breakfast is served around 9AM each morning. Coffee service with freshly baked muffins or coffee cake is on the counter in the garden room starting around 8 AM with breakfast served from 9:00 to 10 AM on weekends (around 9 AM during the week). We start with a fresh fruit course and then serve a hot entree as shown below with orange juice on the tables. If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please let the innkeeper know. To serve all of our guests at the same time, we must work on a set menu and if you or your traveling companions have dietary issues or are "picky eaters" . . please discuss this with the innkeeper in advance.
We typically prepare our food in advance and serve our Lemon Ricotta Souffle with ham, or Quiche Lorraine with grilled potatoes, red raspberry and chocolate chip pancakes with sausage, or French Toast (with fresh strawberries or peaches in season) with bacon, or Eggs Venetian with potatoes and sausage. If you would prefer cereal with fresh strawberries or just vanilla yogurt with fresh fruit, let the innkeeper know when you check in.
Breakfast is served in the Garden Room, Main Dining Room or alfresco on the Covered Brick Patio by the pool in warmer weather. For groups that rent the entire inn, we can also provide lunch or dinner service or poolside cookouts by prior arrangement with the innkeeper. We have skilled chefs available to assist on special food service for groups renting the entire inn.
