Gourmet Dining

Bartlett Pear Inn (Easton) - a superb restaurant in the historic center of Easton at 28 South Harrison Street has held the # 1 rating (for about 5 yeasrs) out of about 40 restaurants in Easton at  My wife and I discovered Bartlett Pear in September 2009 when we wanted someplace special to celebrate our anniversary . . and it more than met our expectations!  The restaurant is on the first floor of this beautiful 220 year old brick home and inn, and Jordan Lloyd is the chef while his wife Alice runs the inn.  Chef Jordan has studied under some of the top chefs in the US, and his cuisine and style shows that he has learned his trade very well.  Jordan describes his restaurant as a modern "American Bistro" - about seven appetizers or salads ($11 to $16) with sox superb entrees ($26 - $36) plus dessets.  The menu changes fairly frequently from this inspired Chef . . so expect some changes every month.  The service is perfect . . from the welcome in the foyer through dinner and dessert . . and Jordan is busy managing the kitchen while making occasional forays into the dining room.  Very nice wine list reasonably priced with some superb "private cellar" selections.  In warmer weather, consider the screened porch or the patio by the fountain.  Celebrating a birthday or anniversary? . . let us make reservations for you in advance when reserving a room at our inns.   Open for dinner from 5:30 to 10 PM every day but Monday and Tuesday.  Call (410) 770-3300 or email: This email address is being protected from spambots.
